We're Adam & Kelly Smith (and our little boy Oliver) and we're the founders and investors of our family-run business, Oak Homes.
First things first, Oak Homes was never created to be an estate or lettings agency. We started Oak Homes as a company to manage our own properties and investment portfolio but when our tenants told us they loved working with us and enjoyed the process, we thought we'd explore the idea of setting up as a management company to help other private landlords too.
Oak Homes has a personal meaning and significance for us, as O A and K make up the initials of the three of us. We remember this every day and make it our mission to provide a honest, personal, friendly and straightforward service to every landlord and tenant.
We own multiple businesses ourselves and our property services are perfectly suited to entrepreneurs, business owners and busy people who have, or want to build a property portfolio and have them managed in a completely stress-free way.
